Photographer Derek Ridgers recently published a new book called Punk London 1977. Vogue Magazine did an interview with the talented photographer in order to learn more about the state of punk then and now. Derek is a highly successful photographer whose work has been featured in many gallery shows and publications. When asked what the key to his success has been, he replied: “My success as a photographer I can put down to one thing – persistence.” Derek agrees with Woody Allen on the fact that eighty percent of success is showing up. We also asked him what inspires him as a photographer. In response, Derek stated: “Both then and now I am inspired mostly by people. Beautiful faces, great eyes and people who are interesting and different. I’m also inspired by unusual places and an out of the ordinary quality of light – although this doesn’t have to be anything grand, often anything but.”

SheaLyn in Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide

SheaLyn is featured in Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide, which is a very popular hair-styling magazine. She is extremely proud of her accomplishment because it is her first time getting published. Kelly Sedivec-Ealy launches own magazine

Photographer Kelly Sedivec-Ealy recently launched her own magazine called Bella Dreams Fashion and Beauty. The magazine aims to showcase highly talented fashion photographers, models and make-up artists. The first issue came out in June 2016 and it was a success. Kelly has won multiple Model Mayhem Photo of the Day awards and her work has been seen in many magazines. She is extremely artistic and very talented. Kelly’s portfolio is absolutely outstanding and it is filled with stellar images that are bound to inspire anyone who takes a look at her work.
